I hope that everyone is continuing to enjoy having a break from school routine.
I am ready and raring to go to have a great 2020 and can't wait to see my wonderful clients and to kick some goals again this year.
The clinic will re-open on Monday 13th January. My email will be open as of today, 6/1/2020.
Additionally I am having a FB and social media break as I believe this is important for the everyone's mental health. So I am aiming to demonstrate this by taking
a lead in this area of 'reducing screen time'.
Let's go outside and live instead :)
