Occupational Therapy Standard Consultation (35 mins)   -   $113

Occupational Therapy Extended Consultation (50 mins)  -  $160

Occupational Therapy School Visit - $280

Cost includes travel to and from the school, where the therapist will observe your child in the classroom and make recommendations to the teacher.  Up to 60 minutes on-site.

Standard Initial Assessment 

Developmental and Sensory Assessment.

Comprehensive Initial Assessment  

NDIS required Functional Assessments of Daily Living Tasks; Sensory Assessment; Developmental Assessment with a comprehensive report.

Please check with your Health Insurance provider as you may be entitled to a rebate for Occupational Therapy.

Medicare Rebate
If you have an 'Chronic Disease Management Plan' (CDM) from your GP, which includes Occupational Therapy, you may be entitled to a Medicare Rebate.
